CHAP. 717.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Homer Davis. February 19, 1903.[[Private, No. 612](/us/pvtl/57/612).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Homer Davis.Pension Increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Homer Davis, late of Company I, Second Regiment Indiana Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving, the same to be paid to him under the rules of the Pension Bureau as to mode and times of payment without any deduction or rebate on account of former alleged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension.
