CHAP. 712.— An Act Granting a pension to Charles Maschmeyer. February 19, 1903.[[Private, No. 607](/us/pvtl/57/607).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles Maschmeyer.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles Maschmeyer, late of Captain Schwab’s company Provisional Enrolled Missouri Militia, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 19, 1903.
