CHAP. 706.— An Act To provide for holding terms of court in the district of Utah. February 19, 1903.[[Public, No. 101](/us/pl/34/101).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the State of Utah constitutesUnited States courts.Utah judicial district.Vol. 28, p. 110.Terms of district court.Salt Lake City.Ogden City. one judicial district, which is known as the district of Utah. Terms of the district court shall be held in Salt Lake City on the second Monday in April and November and at Ogden City on the second Monday in March and September of each year: *Provided*, That other*Proviso*.Other terms. terms of said court may be held at said Salt Lake City and Ogden City and at other places in said district when deemed necessary by the judge.
