CHAP. 705.— An Act Granting a pension to Lydia Carr. May 3, 1902.[[Private, No. 602](/us/pvtl/57/602).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theLydia Carr.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lydia Carr, the dependent and helpless daughter of Gorrin H. Carr, late of Company C, Thirty-seventh Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 3, 1902.
