CHAP. 701.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles S. Wainwright. February 18, 1903.[[Private, No. 601](/us/pvtl/57/601).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Charles S. Wainwright.Pension increased.Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1643laws, the name of Charles S.
Wainwright, late colonel First Regiment New York Volunteer Light Artillery and brevet brigadier-general, United States Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 18, 1903.
