CHAP. 701.— An Act To correct the military record of Peter Connell. May 3, 1902.[[Private, No. 598](/us/pvtl/57/598).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Peter Connell.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion now appearing on the records on file, in the War Department against Peter Connell, late a private of Company E, One hundred and first Regiment Pennsylvania Infantry Volunteers, and grant him an honorable discharge as of May thirty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-two:*Proviso*.No pay, etc. *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
