CHAP. 70.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Oscar Reed. February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 45](/us/pvtl/57/45).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theOscar Reed.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Oscar Reed, late of Company A, Eleventh Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and Company E, Tenth Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars a month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
