CHAP. 69.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James K. Van Matre. January 9, 1903.[[Private, No. 53](/us/pvtl/57/53).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James K. Van Matre.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1517 laws, the name of James K, Van Matre, late of Fifth Independent Battery Wisconsin Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 9, 1903.
