CHAP. 677.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion against Frederick Schulte or Schuldt. May 1, 1902.[[Private, No. 580](/us/pvtl/57/580).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Frederick Schulte or Schuldt.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion now borne on the records of the Navy Department against Frederick Schulte or Schuldt, formerly a seaman on the United States steamships Anotonia and Hartford, and to grant the said Schulte a discharge from the service of the Government. Approved, May 1, 1902.
