CHAP. 676.— An Act To restore to the active list of the Navy the name of James G. Field. May 1, 1902.[[Private, No. 579](/us/pvtl/57/579).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James G. Field.Restored to active list of Navy. That the President of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to appoint James G. Field, assistant surgeon, United States Navy, retired, to the active list of the Navy as a surgeon (with rank of lieutenant) not in line of promotion. Approved, May 1, 1902.
