CHAP. 673.— An Act To correct the military record of Calvin A. Rice. April 30, 1902.[[Private, No. 578](/us/pvtl/57/578).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Calvin A. Rice.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to correct the military record of Calvin A. Rice, late captain Company G, Seventy-seventh New York Volunteer Infantry, and issue to him an honorable discharge from said regiment, as of January eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. Approved, April 30, 1902.
