CHAP. 671.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Benjamin Cardwell. February 18, 1903.[[Private, No. 571](/us/pvtl/57/571).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Benjamin Cardwell.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Benjamin Cardwell, late of Company K, First Regiment Alabama Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
