CHAP. 660.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth Rosenbarger. February 18, 1903.[[Private, No. 560](/us/pvtl/57/560).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Elizabeth Rosenbarger.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Rosenbarger, widow of Philip Rosenbarger, late of Company A.
Eighty-first Regiment Indiana v olunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided, however*, That *Proviso.*Increase to cease on death of child.in the case of the death of the helpless child. William Rosenbarger, on whose account the pension of Elizabeth Rosenbarger is increased, the pension of said Elizabeth Rosenbarger shall continue only at the rate of eight dollars per month from and after the date of death of said helpless child.
