CHAP. 660.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary E. S. Hays. April 29, 1902.[[Private, No. 569](/us/pvtl/57/569).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary E. S. Hays.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary E. S. Hays, widow of David S. Hays, late surgeon, One hundred and tenth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, April 29, 1902.
