February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 41](/us/pvtl/57/41).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Matilda Armstrong.Pension. That the Secretory of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Matilda Armstrong, dependent mother of William A. Armstrong, late of Company E, Fifty-seventh Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 27, 1902.
