CHAP. 659.— An Act Granting a pension to James H. Powell. February 18, 1903.[[Private, No. 559](/us/pvtl/57/559).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the James H. Powell.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James H. Powell, late of Company A, Eleventh, and Company K, Tenth Regiments Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month and such higher rate of pension as he may hereafter he entitled to under existing laws, the same to be paid to him under the rules of the Pension Bureau as to mode and times of payment without any deduction or rebate on account of former alleged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension.
