CHAP. 659.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary L. Dibert. April 29, 1902.[[Private, No. 568](/us/pvtl/57/568).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMary L. Dibert.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension1364 laws, the name of Mary L. Dibert, dependent mother of Isaac N.
Dibert, late of Company D, One hundred and forty-second Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of*Proviso*.To cease if son be living. twelve dollars per month: *Provided*, That the pension granted herein shall cease and determine upon proof that said Isaac N. Dibert is living. Approved, April 29, 1902.
