CHAP. 657.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Herman Tuerck. February 18, 1903.[[Private, No. 557](/us/pvtl/57/557).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Herman Tuerck.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1633pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Herman Tuerck, late second lieutenant Company E. Twelfth Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of one hundred dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 18, 1903.
