CHAP. 654.— An Act Granting a pension to Herman J. Miller. February 18, 1903.[[Private, No. 554](/us/pvtl/57/554).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Herman J. Miller.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1 tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Herman J. Miller, late of Company L, Eleventh Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 18, 1903.
