CHAP. 650.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to William J. Simmons. April 29, 1902.[[Private, No. 559](/us/pvtl/57/559).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theWilliam J. Simmons.Pension increased. interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1362laws, the name of William J. Simmons, late of Company E. Thirty-seventh Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 29, 1902.
