CHAP. 65.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Marcia M. Merritt. February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 40](/us/pvtl/57/40).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Marcia M. Merritt.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Marcia M. Merritt, widow of William H.
Merritt, late lieutenant-colonel First Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 27, 1902.
