CHAP. 648.— An Act Granting a pension to Mahala Jane Kuhn. April 29, 1902.[[Private, No. 557](/us/pvtl/57/557).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMahala Jane Kuhn.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mahala Jane Kuhn, the helpless and dependent daughter of Solomon H. Kuhn, late of Company A, Twenty-fourth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 29, 1902.
