CHAP. 640.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Sarah A. Leepard. February 18, 1903.[[Private, No. 540](/us/pvtl/57/540).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Sarah A. Leepard.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah A. Leopard, widow of Joseph Leopard, late of Company D, One hundred and twenty-seventh, and Company D.
Two hundred and second regiments Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided, howerer*, That in the event of *Proviso.*Increase to cease on death of child.the death of the helpless child, Letitia M. Leopard, on whose account the pension of Sarah A. Leepard is increased, the pension of said Sarah A. Leepard shall continue only at the rate of eight dollars per month from and after the date of death of said helpless child.
