CHAP. 635.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Evans. February 18, 1903.[[Private, No. 535](/us/pvtl/57/535).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the James Evans.Pension increased.Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1628laws, the name of James Evans, late of Company D, Fifth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 18, 1903.
