CHAP. 63.— An Act Granting a pension to Laura B. Wear. February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 38](/us/pvtl/57/38).] *Be if enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United. States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theLaura B. Wear.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Laura B. Wear, widow of David W. Wear, late lieutenant-colonel Forty-fifth Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, February 27, 1902.
