CHAP. 616.— An Act Granting a pension to Esther A. C. Hardee. April 28, 1902.[[Private, No. 531](/us/pvtl/57/531).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theEsther A. C. Hardee.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. the name of Esther A. C. Hardee, widow of Lucius A. Hardee, ate captain. First Regiment Florida Volunteer Mounted Infantry, Seminole Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, April 28, 1902.
