CHAP. 614.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Moses Whitcomb. February 18, 1903.[[Private, No. 514](/us/pvtl/57/514).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Moses Whitcomb.Pension increased.Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Moses Whitcomb, late of Company E, One hundredth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
