CHAP. 61.— An Act Granting a pension to Theophilus Goodwin. February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 36](/us/pvtl/57/36).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theTheophilus Good-win.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Theophilus Goodwin, late of Company H, Fifth Regiment Delaware Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 27, 1902.
