CHAP. 609.— An Act For the relief of Henry Lane. April 28, 1902[[Private, No. 624](/us/pvtl/57/624).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henry Lane.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to revoke and set aside the special orders of the War Department, dated March thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, dismissing from the service, for absence without leave, Henry Lane, late first lieutenant Company F, Thirtieth Regiment New Jersey Volunteers, to date March first, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. because he was then, and for weeks before had been, on duty in the field, and to grant him an honorable discharge as of date April seventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-three.
