CHAP. 607.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Eliza J. Noble. April 28, 1902.[[Private, No. 522](/us/pvtl/57/522).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theEliza J. Noble.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eliza J. Noble, widow of James D.
Noble, late assistant surgeon Fifty-first Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry and acting assistant surgeon, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 28, 1902.
