CHAP. 601.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Austin. April 28, 1902.[[Private, No. 516](/us/pvtl/57/516).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Haase of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJames Austin.Pension increased. Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the, pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Austin, late of Company I, Eighth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 28, 1902.
