CHAP. 595.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Gottlieb Kafer. February 18, 1903.[[Private, No. 495](/us/pvtl/57/495).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Gottlieb Kafer.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1619 pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Gottlieb Kafer, late of Company M, Fifth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 18, 1903.
