CHAP. 593.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion standing against the record of Thomas Blackburn. April 26, 1902.[[Private, No. 511](/us/pvtl/57/511).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of WarThomas Blackburn.Military record corrected. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of Thomas Blackburn, late a member of the Eighty-fifth New York Infantry Volunteers, and to grant him an honorable discharge as of date May thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, from Company*Proviso.*No pay, etc.
G of said regiment: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or allowances shall be allowed by reason of this Act. Approved, April 26, 1902.
