CHAP. 59.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Napoleon B. Perkins. February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 34](/us/pvtl/57/34).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Napoleon B. Perkins.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1245 pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension taws, the name of Napoleon B. Perkins, late of Fifth Battery, Maine Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 27, 1902.
