CHAP. 587.— An Act Granting a pension to Andrew J. Felt. April 23, 1902.[[Private, No. 607](/us/pvtl/57/607).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of the Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Andrew J. Fell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Andrew J. Felt, late of Company B, Seventh Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, April 23, 1902.
