CHAP. 584.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Pheobe L. Peyton.April 21, 1902[[Private, No. 506](/us/pvtl/57/506).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pheobe L. Peyton.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Pheobe L. Peyton, widow of Jacob M.
Peyton, late of Company C, Ninth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and captain Company I. One hundred and forty-eighth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 21, 1902.
