CHAP. 581.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Susan E. Duncan. February 18, 1903.[[Private, No. 481](/us/pvtl/57/481).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theSusan E. Duncan.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name, of Susan E. Duncan, widow of Alender P.
Duncan, late lieutenant-colonel Fourth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 18, 1903.
