CHAP. 577.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Isaac F. Russell. February 18, 1903.[[Private, No. 477](/us/pvtl/57/477).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Isaac F. Russell.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1615 laws, the name of Isaac F. Russell, late of Company H, Eighth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars a month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 18, 1903.
