CHAP. 577.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John Peterson. April 21, 1902.[[Private, No. 499](/us/pvtl/57/499).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John Peterson.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Peterson, late of Company E. Forty-seventh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 21, 1902.
