CHAP. 570.— An Act For the relief of the estate of M. J. Grealish, deceased. February 18, 1903.[[Private, No. 470](/us/pvtl/57/470).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theM. J. Grealish.Payment to estate of. Treasury be, and he hereby is, directed to pay. out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the estate of M. J. Grealish, deceased, late a captain in the United States Army, the sum of seven hundred and sixty-six dollars and sixty-four cents, balance remaining due for service rendered by said Captain Grealish as assistant commissary of subsistence from July fifteenth, eighteen hundred and seventy, to March twentieth, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight.
