CHAP. 569.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth Steele. April 21, 1902.[[Private, No. 491](/us/pvtl/57/491).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth Steele.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Steele, widow of James Steele, late first lieutenant Company K, First Regiment Nebraska Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
