CHAP. 554.— An Act Granting a pension to John S. James. April 17, 1902.[[Private, No. 478](/us/pvtl/57/478).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJohn S. James.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject, to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John S. James, late captain Company D, Third Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the late of twenty dollars per month. Approved, April 17, 1902.
