CHAP. 550.— An Act Granting a pension to Marion Barnes. April 17, 1902.[[Private, No. 474](/us/pvtl/57/474).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMarion Barnes.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Marion Barnes, widow of Warren P. Barnes, late musician, Twenty-second Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 17, 1902.
