CHAP. 545.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to William Berry. April 17, 1902.[[Private, No. 469](/us/pvtl/57/469).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theWilliam Berry.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1342laws, the name of William Berry, late of Company H, Twelfth Regiment Missouri State Militia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 17, 1902.
