CHAP. 540.— An Act For the relief of Henry G. Rogers. February 10, 1903.[[Private, No. 461](/us/pvtl/57/461).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Henry G. Rogers, late Henry G. Rogers.Military record corrected.first sergeant of Company B. Twenty-fourth Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, shall be held and considered commissioned a second lieutenant in said regiment from January second, eighteen hundred and sixty- four, with rank from November twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, and to have been discharged as such lieutenant January twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That no *Proviso.*No pay, etc.pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
