CHAP. 530.— An Act Providing for an additional circuit judge in the second judicial circuit. April 17, 1902. [[Public, No. 76](/us/pl/57/76).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* United States courts.Additional judge, second circuit. That there shall be in the second circuit tin additional circuit judge, who shall be appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Seriate, and shall possess the same qualifications and shall have the same powers and jurisdiction now prescribed by law in respect to the present circuit judges. Approved, April 17, 1902.
