CHAP. 527.— An Act To provide for an additional judge of the district court of the United States for the southern district of New York. February 9, 1903.[[Public, No. 70](/us/pl/57/70).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the President of theUnited States courts.Additional judge southern district of New York authorized.[R. S., sec. 651, p. 93](/us/rs/s651/p93).*Post.* p. 1064. United States, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint an additional judge of the district court of the United States for the southern district of New York, who shall reside in said district, and who shall possess the same powers, perform the same duties, and receive the same salary as the present district judge of said district.
Sec. 2. That this Act shall take effectEffect. immediately. Approved, February 9, 1903.
