CHAP. 523.— An Act For the relief of the estate of Leander C. McLelland, deceased. February 7, 1903.[[Private, No. 454](/us/pvtl/57/454).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Leander C. McLeb land.Payment to estate of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the estate of Leander C. MeLelland, deceased, late of Cobb County, Georgia, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated. the sum of five thousand five hundred dollars, being for cotton taken by or furnished to the military forces of the United States for hospital purposes during the late war for the suppression of the rebellion.
