CHAP. 523.— An Act Granting a pension to John W. Moore. April 16, 1902.[[Private, No. 448](/us/pvtl/57/448).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJohn W. Moore.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John W. Moore, late of Company K. Eightieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month and such higher rate or rates of pension as he. may hereafter show himself to be entitled to under existing pension laws, the same to be paid to him without any deduction or rebate on account of former alleged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension.
