CHAP. 522.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Barbara McDonald. April 16, 1902.[[Private, No. 447](/us/pvtl/57/447).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Barbara McDonald.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1337laws, the name of Barbara McDonald, widow of Robert McDonald, late of Company D, Eighth Regiment New York Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided, however*, That in *Proviso*.Increase to cease on death of son.the event of the death of Robert McDonald, helpless and dependent son of said soldier, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine.
